Absolutely the worst nail salon in london- from the environment to the owners and staff. The woman doing nails who claims is the owner is completely rude and toxic yelling at me as a customer to yelling at the man who’s clearly her husband. Neither of them have any compassion and act like money hungry people who could really care less about their customers. Do not go to this salon, I sent my daughter with my mother to get her nails done before school and they Butchered her hands. I do nails myself and I am fully aware of how they should be done and should look. Absolutely worst customer service, didn’t listen to anything my daughter was saying about what she wanted done. If I was there, it would have been a very different outcome. Charged her 60 dollars for short chunky out of shape acrylic not even set properly and not anywhere near smooth. I had an incredible experience at this salon. Tina and Ken are so friendly and welcoming which makes the atmosphere very relaxing. I got a regular polish pedicure and a full gel set which both turned out stunning. Their pricing is great for the high quality of their work. They are very gentle with your nails and skin as well. Towards the end of my appointment I let them know I had a bus to catch and they worked together to get my nails done on time, even helped me find the bus stop afterwards so I wouldn’t miss it.
