I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service received. While they were talking to each other in their language, the technique seemed unable to properly apply the gel, performing the process backwards and without the slightest care. As a result, he hurt two of my nails and continued to cause me pain even though he clearly noticed my discomfort. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable.

These people are very unprofessional I had my nails done yesterday 3/18/24 the lady filed my nail bed till it bleed she filled my nail and I could see and feel the old acrylic underneath. These people cannot understand English so it’s impossible to communicate she offered to fix them but after sitting almost 2 hours I was highly disappointed and I just wanted to get out that place I would not recommend
