Rude as ever, overpriced sloppy quality nails and dishonest.
The usual tech I see (Gwen) no longer works there so I requested someone else that was good with cutting cuticles. I am an easy gel manicure but the only specific thing I ask for is for my cuticles to be cut. I told them over the phone, a second time when I went in, then a third time to the tech, directly. I was told all the techs know how to cut cuticles. I don’t think so.. I was put with a new person who was nice but clearly inexperienced. The cuticles were pushed back and nipped but not removed. My sister referred me to Linda. Who.is amazing. Had French Gel for hands, and foot pedicure. Never had such a beautiful job done on my nails. Also the massage/spa treatments are the best I have ever had. Loved the special treatment. I highly recommend this salon. Will be back ! !! 😊
