My friend goes to see Jenny all the time thought I’d give this place a chance and my nails came out awful not filled right and not what I showed Rose. None of them were the same size. The black French wasn’t done around the nail like asked or completed at all. The girl Chloe who did my nails was great tho.

I came in for an appointment to have an acrylic full set removed and a basic manicure, and unfortunately, my experience raised serious concerns about hygiene and technique. During the removal process, the nail technician used another nail tip to pry off the existing acrylic instead of properly removing it with drilling and an acetone soak. I did not have a good experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff did not feel friendly or welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. While my toenails were done nicely, the service experience itself was disappointing. I felt uneasy during my visit due to the staff’s behavior and conversations, which came across as unprofessional and made me feel disrespected as a client. This salon is close to where I live so I gave it a try. I just had reg manicure done on a busy Sat and I loved it! The price is reasonable and the color isn't chipping after three days of wear and tear.
