I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for a gel manicure, and it was done extremely poorly. The entire workspace was dusty and unclean, which was already a red flag. The technician applied the gel polish directly onto my cuticles, and as a result, the polish started peeling off after just one week. The base coat wasn’t leveled properly it was bumpy and uneven, and the shape of my nails turned out terrible and messy. The service was quite disappointing. The staff was noticeably unfriendly, and the nail polish was applied unevenly and looked super messy. Cuticle care was done roughly — my left hand actually hurt afterward. Overall, the attention to detail and customer care were lacking. I won’t be returning.
