Very unprofessional staff . We didn,t appreciate hearing about their love life while waiting to have a procedure done . Not very comforting !

Very pleased with the MRI service RAYUS provided. They were very patient as I had to battle the absolute vile Great Satan that is the American insurance complex. Once that got sorted, they had an appointment scheduled in no time. Staff do everything they can to assure your comfort. The procedure itself is simple but whoa, is it loud. They give you headphones with the music of your choice but it can’t drown out the machine. Ultimately just close your eyes and imagine you’re inside a cement mixer and enjoy the ride.
