Everyone there is very nice and interested in and effective at helping. The only thing I don't love is that I go out of my way to ensure that I show up without metal on me only to have to change into other clothes with no metal. I'm sure there are real good reasons for the policy. I just hate changing clothes. Other than that, I feel y'all do a great job.
They should really make sure the insurance approves the claim before an appointment is confirmed. I had an appointment and the day before insurance denied my claim for an mri that was necessary. The fact that the office didn’t make sure everything was good before my appointment makes me think that they just wanted me to do self pay anyways. I really needed this mri on my lower back but guess I’m going to be going the rest of my life without finding out what’s wrong.
I don't like writing reviews but I was really scared on the verge of tears about getting this MRI and start to finish Sam, Kade, Jazlyn, and Sophia all put me at ease and we're kind and compassionate. I've been to other facilities for similar imaging and this one takes the cake. Thank you for calming me down and PS the MRI wasn't too bad and I got to jam to some Lady Gaga so that helped drown out the sounds. Give these guys raises and if you need imaging, these guys are a great option! (Great price too)

WAY TOO MUCH PAPERWORK! i know it is necessary..but it is a bit too much. I felt that Jeff..the MRi Tech was gruff. Maybe it was just me. I have had better techs.
