They have taken almost 2 weeks to still not have gotten my partners X-rays complete or sent to her GP. Confirmed broken back but they're still going to drag there toes. When we ask for copies of the X-rays to take to her GP ourselves they say that they can't do that. Like what? A picture file is so simple to print or email. A patient has rights to their X-rays and it's very shady they won't send the pictures over, self paid 330 dollars for them to treat my partner like this.
