My first purchase was a Dodge Ram Pro Master they just got from auction. It had problems. Moe and Brandt were very helpful and I was able to exchange my vehicle right away. They were responsive and promised to make things right and they did. Financing was a breeze. We will definitely use them in the future. Thank you US Motors!!!
2013 kia optima sx got it with problems obviously, decided not to keep the car. Went to seller and ask for Power of attorney, seller told me it was illegal for him to do... seller offers to buy the car back, obviously for less then what I paid for the car cool not a problem considering I was gonna sell it at a loss anyway. They cars do not work! They look good may have low mileage but will be out on you in a blink of an eye. I highly suggest you not buy a vehicle from this place. Also owner is very disrespectful and unpleasantly unprofessional.
Please do not do business with these people! They sold my son an unsafe piece of crap car. They knew they were selling this car to my son this way and it is now costing us a fortune to fix! Of course they aren’t going to be decent people and make this right! All they can say is he has had it 4 months. The problems started over a month ago and it has been in the shop for over a month.
