My experience working with Shawn was nothing short of exemplary. He was with me every step of the way, answering questions promptly and explaining in detail what to expect throughout the process. On top of the outstanding support, I also received the best rate with the most competitive closing costs. I truly valued our partnership and highly recommend working with US Mortgage Investments.
Eric was kind and responsive, but neglected to provide program details regarding a portfolio program with one of his underwriters. Had I known the program was near capacity, or that the underwriter could stop the program at any time, I would have chosen a different lender and restructured my home search to preclude grant money. I was never notified or updated on the status of the program until I tried to make an offer on a home. Keep this in mind if you work with US Mortgage Investments or consider them as a lender option.
Had a great experience in working with Eric on a recent purchase in Saint Louis Park. He was punctual, professional and did a fantastic job of educating the clients through the entire process. We had our clear to close well before closing, and it was smooth sailing the whole way through! Highly recommend Eric and his team for all your mortgage needs!
