My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. It seems like no one knows what they're doing, and they are unresponsive to phone calls or emails. I would strongly advise against doing business with them! I paid for a product that they never delivered, and getting any sort of response or resolution has been impossible. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.
Order a 9 hole barricade Dec 23 with ship date of 19 January. Feb 5th began calling and emailing, totaling a dozen calls and emails. No response!! Criminals!
No one knows what they’re doing. Won’t answer phone calls or concerns via email. You do not want to do business with this company!
