Poor quality company. Communication is lacking. I signed contract as a buyer which I was bound to. However, they were able to come up with reasons to back out of the contract. Left me wondering for weeks the status and would not respond to my calls. So unprofessional, as a simple statement declining the home would have been appreciated. Disappointing. Even with the few things I was concerned about, they explained the whole process, easing every concern we had.
