Poor quality company. Communication is lacking. I signed contract as a buyer which I was bound to. However, they were able to come up with reasons to back out of the contract. Left me wondering for weeks the status and would not respond to my calls. So unprofessional, as a simple statement declining the home would have been appreciated. Disappointing. Bryce and Stephanie made this whole process seamless. They worked on my timeframe and answered every single question we had. Even with the few things I was concerned about, they explained the whole process, easing every concern we had. We would not hesitate to use them if we needed to and have ahead referred them to someone else. A+++. Highly recommended!

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Sold a trailer to them eleven months ago and it has not been moved. We've been getting the run around for all ten of those months. Original buyer has shuffled us off to the new buyer with little to no contact. Ten months, no movement. Avoid dealing this this company.
From the onset, Bryce and Stephanie were amazing. The entire process was super smooth from start to finish. Our home had been through 4 boys, 3 dogs, and 14 years of memories. They took all of that into consideration and gave us a tremendous offer. They took the stress out of the whole equation. I would HIGHLY recommend these wonderful people!
