Had my Lenovo T430 machine for a few days now. It runs flawlessly. I was surprised to find it better equipped than I had expected. Hi res screen, webcam, 9 cell battery were pleasant additions! Ordered it on a Sunday Night and had it in hand Weds. afternoon. Excellent service. Great product that looks and operated like a new computer. I'm telling everybody!
had compter for almost 3 years and us micro is the best for refurbished computers and iwill be soon in progress of needing another one soon but not too soon

After receiving a T420p from you with a LEAKING battery, contacting tech support and getting the physically wrong replacement battery shpped for my refurb laptop TWICE, I finally dragged NewEgg into it and then you promised to ship me the RIGHT battery. 12 days, no battery. Sorry, guys, I've tried working through channels.
