Installation did not go as smoothly as I wished, but there were new crew members. But thanks to Project Estimator Teresa Kapreian who does a lot more than her job title leaves a person to believe she does. Helped a lot with keeping me informed and getting me answer very quickly. I’ve tried my very best to get a quote from this metal roofing company and in talking to Ryan, it has been a very painful experience. I am not sure if this is a scam company or what but clearly they don’t want my business. I keep asking him for the price it will cost to replace my roof and he keeps giving the same unacceptable reasons why he can’t. We just had US. Metal Roofing Consortium install a roof on Civil Life Brewery in St. Louis. Albert was their team lead for the installation and I can guarantee him and his team are absolutely outstanding. We had an old roof and they handled every single aspect of the new installation professionally to the highest degree. They worked harder to insure a beautiful final project than anyone that has ever worked on our property over the last 15 years. Even down to cleaning the gutters and the property before they left. Do NOT, under any circumstances, do business with these people. I had a roof installed by them that leaked and caused extensive damage to my home. Now they do not want to pay for the damage their negligence caused. Dishonest and unscrupulous best describes them.
