Do NOT, under any circumstances, do business with these people. I had a roof installed by them that leaked and caused extensive damage to my home. Now they do not want to pay for the damage their negligence caused. Dishonest and unscrupulous best describes them.
When I purchased this roof online, I was somewhat worried, considering this company is in Texas and I'm in Northern California. Their product was superior to other metal roofs I looked at, so I took that chance. I'm so happy with that decision. There was a bit of a delay in getting a crew up this way, but once they were here, I found the crew to be so professional and detail oriented. The work was completed timely and professionally. All the guys were great and answered any questions we had. I love the roof and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new roof and would like to get metal roofing. These guys are the best! Great service!
We just had our roof installed by USMRC last week. In a nutshell, working with Adam(Sales), Abby(Permitting), Shane, and Adan (project managers) was a pleasure. They said 6-9 weeks process and delivered in 6 weeks. Materials got delivered from Texas Friday. They started Monday and finished Friday morning with a clean, fresh roof. Had my appointment on the phone just now. Mr. Torres was VERY argumentative with me. He did want to quote me if didn’t have a dire need to start a new roof and that I was not planning on going through my homeowner policy. He literally would not deal with us if we weren’t “going forward “ immediately. Such a pushy salesman. We went elsewhere for our new roof.
