We purchased a so-called reconditioned SciFit Stepper, but it shows no sign of ever being used and works perfectly. The delivery and setup were prompt, professional and very accommodating. We dealt with AJ for purchase and Jim for delivery and they were just wonderful to deal with.
The team at US MedRehab could not have been more helpful or responsive. They went way above and beyond to make sure I had the right equipment. I would order from them again for sure. Thank you!
I had a fantastic experience with US medical rehab. When I ran into an issue with a package that was delivered damaged, they went above and beyond to rectify the problem immediately. The staff, including AJ were amazing, and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing medical supplies or equipment.
I bought a lot of equipment for my new clinic in oct 2025 and started to have a problem with the bike I purchased and a contacted Aj in customer care and AJ immediately contacted matrix and forwarded all my details and a technician showed up a my business within 2 days!
