Horrible. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They sent the wrong CGM supplies. My dr switched me from Dexcom G 6 (being discontinued) to Dexcom G 7. Dr had sent in scrip to US Med for the G7. They shipped old G6. I called US Med immediately; I shipped the wrong ones back with their label, as they instructed. Been waiting over a week for them to send the right ones. Honestly the worst company I have dealt with ever. For the past year I have tried to order my supplies through US Meds. Consistently that hold my order claiming they need pre authorization from my insurance, we contact the insurance company, prior-authorization is required... then weeks go by and they still don't ship my CGM supplies. Every time I speak to someone they give me different reasons for the delay. This is by far the worst company to do business with I get my CGM from this company, and my insulin pump does not function without them and it is impossible to not get hung up on multiple times while trying to make one call with them. It should not take a month For you to send out CGM‘s If you are Diabetic, you’re not do business with them go elsewhere
