Honestly the worst company I have dealt with ever. For the past year I have tried to order my supplies through US Meds. Consistently that hold my order claiming they need pre authorization from my insurance, we contact the insurance company, prior-authorization is required... then weeks go by and they still don't ship my CGM supplies. This is by far the worst company to do business with I get my CGM from this company, and my insulin pump does not function without them and it is impossible to not get hung up on multiple times while trying to make one call with them. It should not take a month For you to send out CGM‘s If you are Diabetic, you’re not do business with them go elsewhere
The absolute worst. Every order is a hassle and they lie about shipping. I had my insurance company call them to confirm I was eligible for a reorder, they promised to send it on a certain date, then didn't receive it for another two weeks. USE ANOTHER SUPPLIER.
