I went there today. I normally go up the street. The front desk lady was very rude! I asked about nail filers and she said they didn't have any. I ended up finding them in an alse that had two stacks of 5 buckets piled high. I asked her if the young guy that worked there could move them, inorder to get them. He was placing the buckets there already and had the moving tool. Mind you I already reach out and got one pack of filers, yet it wasn't the pack I wanted. I’ve been going to this shop this past year a lot as a licensed nail tech, but it’s seems like it deteriorates each time I visit. I felt I needed to write this review when last week, I needed some rhinestones for one of my nail services urgently, and got 2 rhinestone charm packets at the front door area. There were no prices listed, and I was willing to pay for charms that were barely the size of my palm. But at checkout, the lady stated it was $11 with tax for each packet.
