Beautyrest bed arrived with large gash in it. They knocked off a few bucks in order not to have to redeliver a new bed. Because of COVID we decided to haul the bed in ourselves and decided it was too heavy to continue moving so we went with that offer. Also, as a separate promotion which was part of the initial purchase we were promised $300 off. If I could give a minus I would. I have been dealing with the warranty since December it is now April 22, we have a split king both mattresses failed. Springs are popping through. It was inspected one mattress was approved for replacement. I sent pictures as asked on other mattress but I cant even get a response from anyone. 3 times I've asked for a supervisor to call me, nothing. Repeated emails. Nothing. Highly recommend steering clear of US Mattress at all costs. If I could give them less than one star I honestly would. They somehow managed to mess up every single step of my order for a mattress, and the only reason things eventually got sorted out was because of my calling back upwards of five times, talking to different people, and essentially doing their jobs for them to get my order delivered. Being disabled and needing a good mattress, I contacted U.S. Mattress and thought that their sales people were knowledgeable about the mattress industry. However, what I found out is that all they do is read what ever is on the computer screen at the time. I listen to them and bought a mattress that wasn't up to par within the trial period.
