Have gone here for 2 years and have previously had good experiences getting my haircut by Elizabeth. She clearly put effort into the haircut and made it a point to figure out exactly what haircut the customer wanted. Each cut would take around 40 minutes and I left a tip every time. Today I got cut by a new barber who did none of that. The haircut took 12 minutes from start to finish and she was rude from the jump.
