Business practices: 1 Star Overall Service: 3 Stars Have been with them for years only due to having a contract. Look out for "AUTO RENEWING CONTRACTS" They will take you to court over this! Some of the drivers have been great others not even close. Their back office staff and account managers have been rude at times with a sprinkle of unprofessionalism. READ your contracts and READ your bills. They will sneak charges in that should be fully negotiated within the initial contract. Before signing anything, have them send all ... read more
