Horrible customer service. ARM24 shipped without stainless set screws and we were told they are not included. Who would ever buy a fixture accessory that makes the end user have to shop for specialty hardware?

Placed a call to get some help with placement of some USLED lights. No response. Sent in email request no response. However received 2 email marketing campaigns in the same time. Been two weeks now....... still no further ahead.
