I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the lawn care services I have been receiving from US Lawn. This has been an ongoing issue for approximately two years, and despite repeated concerns, the quality of service has not improved. Blocking multiple spots. Just inconsiderate when they had plenty of room elsewhere.
This lawn company is absolutely terrible. They show up blasting loud music with zero respect for the neighborhood, and their work is just as bad as their professionalism. While cutting and weed-whacking, some areas are completely skipped, and the mowing looks rushed and sloppy every time. They are in charge of the entire neighborhood, and there are several bald patches of grass throughout the neighborhood, and they never fix or replant those areas for years. Not a serious landscaping service.
Poor performance across the board. They make many promises and deliver next to nothing. US Lawns neglects the broad strokes and the details. I had to replant nearly everything they installed this spring. It would have been better to do the work my self than manage their mistakes and carelessness. I recommend going elsewhere.
