Not a serious landscaping service.
Poor performance across the board. They make many promises and deliver next to nothing. US Lawns neglects the broad strokes and the details. I had to replant nearly everything they installed this spring. It would have been better to do the work my self than manage their mistakes and carelessness. I recommend going elsewhere.
21 Days ago I received a call from the Manager of the Charlotte location. I had left a 1 star review (that review was deleted by the company). The manager promised a solution to my concern. 21 Days later the promised solution has yet to be delivered and the review has been deleted. Obviously this business cannot be trusted and their reviews are manipulated. Stay away from this business.
U.S. Lawns services my community and they have always been very professional and perform high quality work. Emily is our account manager and she is responsive and helpful.
Amazing to work with. McKenzie Brady is sharp and on top of it every time!
