Due to close proximity, the services we have been provided from this "place of business" have been nothing less than good. It is a given if you work at a Law office, things are time sensitive. The lack of communication if awful.
This place deserves zero stars don’t do business with them they screwed up my wife’s asylum case and didn’t notify her that uscis closed her case while still paying they dodge your phone calls, and give false promises don’t waste your time and money because they’ll just take your money and take advantage of you and currently reporting them to the California State Bar
I went in to ask a few questions and the front desk receptionist named Ashley was very nice and knowledgeable. It’s so nice to see that nowadays customer service is still taken seriously!
