I’m 76 years old, and started tai chi 6 months ago. The results have been amazing. I no longer go to therapy for my arthritis, and my energy is abundant.
My daughter and I started Kung Fu at US Kuo Shu about 2 months ago. The instructors are excellent. I love the family atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Started taking lessons here at the start of July and I have really enjoyed it! The instructors are all very supportive and in addition to learning Kung fu its nice that there is also a focus on character development and self discipline.
The Academy has help me alot with my balance and strength. After my knee surgery I wouldn't have the movement in my knee if it wasn't for them.
