My child has been going for a couple years now. The Masters bring out the best in my child. I have loved watching my child grow and advance. A special shout out to Mr. Roby who has been awesome with my kid. Their practices also run very efficiently. Cannot recommend more highly!
I found US Kuoshu Academy when it was located in Columbia MD in 2018. I have lower disk issues that required surgery and I was looking for a way to avoid spine surgery. I walked in the school and I was received warmly so I signed up for an introductory Taichi class. 6 years later I’ve learned to meditate standing, sitting and moving while doing tai chi has kept my lower back condition from getting worse and the meditation has helped me deal with the pain associated with my condition.
