We wanted to try the chair at LA auto show in LA convention center but the person working there Rodrigo malabunga didn’t allow us to try. He asked to wait for 30 minutes in spite of no one being there and later said they are in break for another 30 minutes. He also gave his business card and asked to go ahead and complain to the headquarters if I want to. The employees were using the massage chair continuously and were not allowing customers to try. This occurred at 7 pm on Saturday 11/22.
Armando and Mario provided outstanding service for my Supreme Hybrid massage chair. They were very knowledgeable and fixed my chair perfectly and were very kind to address all of my concerns and questions. I've owned several massage chairs and they were the best technicians I've dealt with. A+ and highly recommended.
Fernando and Isidro came by today to drop off my massage chair and they were extremely professional and took their time explaining the features of the massage chair! They were very polite and efficient! They handled the chair with care and made the experience stress free! They handled a tight turn with ease! Thank you Fernando and Isidro
So we had Fernando and Isidro pass by today to drop off our massage chair and to start off they were really nice they had really good attitudes they walked us thru every step of how the massage chair worked they made sure it worked from top to bottom too to make sure it worked
Isidro & Fernando did an amazing job explaining all the features of the massage chair. The delivery process was very smooth and they were both respectful. They took their time while demoing the massage chair and was very detailed. Fernando and Isidro are professional and knowledgeable in their craft, and would definitely recommend them.
