NO WAY TO TALK TO A HUMAN
I want to post a huge Thank you to the entire staff at Traverse City Mi IRS office. They helped me with a very complicated issue. Mr Louis Sanchez was outstanding at solving my problem. Even though you are supposed to have an appointment, I went there to make one & was told I could see Mr Sanchez if I didn’t mind waiting. Less than 1/2 hr & I was ushered into his office. It was a great over all experience! I want to give Security Guard, John, a big Thank You for all of his help from the beginning! Thank you!
Showed up an hour early for an appointment. The 9:45 appointment showed up right at 9:45 my appointment was scheduled for 10:15 but is 30 minutes behind because instead of moving the late person to my slot they go right in. Who knows when the next appointment will be. Is it that hard to be on time for things when you are told to be here 30 minutes before your appointment?
