I Needed Help, And I Received A Sweet Receptionist Lady That Helped Me ,She Explained To Me Where I Needed To Make Correction on My taxes..
IRS said wait time 30 to 60 minutes. I waited over 3 hours, not one reply.
Only giving it one star because I can’t choose zero. One of the worst organizations ever. Sent me a tax identity verification notice, only for me to log in and can’t verify online. I then proceed to call and told it will be an hour wait. Online suggestions say call right when they open. I do that today and first they tell me they are too busy. Call back and tell me it’s about 30 minutes. 55 minutes later I have to hang up because I have to go to work. It’s not enough that we are paying taxes on a bunch of BS, but they can’t ... read more
