No help what so ever!! they have been holding my taxes for over a year now. I have done everything on my end that was needed to verify yet its still over a year later and I am still waiting on Last years tax return. I have already received the current years return, yet I still have not received last years return. all they keep doing is extending the amount of time that they have to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
Only giving it one star because I can’t choose zero. One of the worst organizations ever. Sent me a tax identity verification notice, o my for me to log in and can’t verify online. I then proceed to call and told it will be an hour wait. Online suggestions say call right when they open. I do that today and first they tell me they are too busy. Call back and tell me it’s about 30 minutes. 55 minutes later I have to hang up because I have to go to work. It’s not enough that we are paying taxes on a bunch of BS, but they can’t ... read more
This shit a joke. I ask the questions I need answers to just to get ask why I called. Every time I ask for a representative it it just ignores what I said and hung up. A bunch of unnecessary bullshit
