They don't offer live help on a question regarding their own program. I was on hold from 8am to 1:30pm trying to get an answer. Multiple transfers later and I get told they can't answer any questions about that topic. Useless.
These people suck. They make mistakes and then expect you to pay for it. They don’t answer phones or care about their jobs. They’re scammers.
