Cant even get thru to them tried online to set up payment plan agreement says no options available so what am i supposed to do cant pay it in full
Very unaccomodating and rude to us. We had all the proper paperwork needed for our case, but they blamed it on the life insurance company, which had indeed filed properly. The 1099 was as accurate as could be. The fault lies on the IRS, but this organization cannot and will not take responsibility.
