They are mean have attitudes and inconsiderate
My experience was bad from the start. The security lady sitting at the door had the worst attitude I've seen in a long time, she was very disrespectful as if I had done something to her and I had never seen her before. She was talking to me as if I had committed a crime and I hadn't even got in the door yet, but as observed, her tone was different to others as they came in. The IRS representative was rude, I walked into the building and the representative tell me the office is appointment only however there's no sign that says appointment only. Then she spends 10 minutes telling me I should make an appointment, Vs just fixing the issue. ( she was racist ).

I filed my taxes electronically the end of April it is now July and yes I’m still waiting. I was first penalized for “using the same bank account I have for years. Who knew never heard of that so they said it would now be a paper check. The app gave a deadline and now that it’s reached after calling today they stated they still don’t have it. I just don’t understand how the government can do whatever they want with your funds however if the roles were reversed and u owe them I promise they will get their money. I NEED YALL T... read more
