Can not speak with a person, I left important papers on my appointment.
In this day and age how is it you can’t provide tracking numbers on tax returns when they get sent out? Also why does it take 6-8 weeks to process a CT-3911 form? Again in this day and age, you should be able to fill out that form online. That would be easy. Instead you make it difficult for people that don’t have a printer or computer for that matter. Get with the times. Thanks to your exceedingly slow progress I’m now forced to look for other places to live. There needs to be changes, this isn’t it.

Nobody answers the phone it sends you to a loop, so you're just on the phone for 30 minutes. Nobody answers it ever you request a call back. Nobody answers it or calls you back.
