I give them no stars at all. I can’t stand calling them and automated answering machines that can’t help you with what you need. Nobody wants to answer the phone anymore. Nobody knows anything and they just pass you from department to department. Smh
Would love to give this a lower score but it is no available. I was instructed by the IRS to call this office to find out what I need to pick up a 147c letter. You cannot talk to anyone for this information and cannot book the appointment through phone or website it’s very frustrating! None of the prompts will let me talk to someone. What a terrible office to try and contact, Next thing I guess I will try is to drive 30 minutes and see if I can get in!
I called on 5-13-24 got a male that flew thru his ID number so unable to get it. I wanted to ask a general question. When verifying my information, he was inpatient with me when having difficulty doing this. I asked him several times what it was he needed and he would not be clear. He then hung up on me. I had waited 20 minutes. They are very rude and not helpful very difficult to get in touch with.
