This location has to be a scam. If I could give less than a star I would. This place needs to be reported I find it hard to believe every single day the system won’t allow appointments. I have been calling even to schedule the system says sorry due to them being too busy I can’t schedule an appointment. Make it make sense when I call everyday immediately at opening time. Please help
This is a poorly run office and the lady that’s a “one man show” lacks competency. I understand that you need to call to schedule an appointment but I have been calling the IRS # for 2 weeks unable to set an appointment. I come in person to see if I can set an appointment, she said I need to call the number. I explained to her that I’ve been calling for two weeks.
