if i could leave 0 stars i would. the lady in cubicle one ID number 1000534822 is the rudest person i have ever met in my life. she treated me like i was stupid and rushed me off. i had to get up and walk out.
No way to contact supervisors, live representatives, or even friendly staff. Lady in Cubicle 1 was unnecessarily rude, did not offer any help or assistance. Absolutely no reasoning, just felt very uncomfortable throughout the entire interaction. They need to have a team meeting or release her from her position. DO NOT GO TO CUBICLE 1 if you plan to have any kind of help!!!
DO NOT GO TO CUBICLE 1. Absolutely EVIL lady working in Cubicle 1 of the IRS office. Would not even give a phone number, help with my documents, or put a smile on her face. RUDEST interaction I have had at a government office. She needs to b reprimanded immediately. Acted like I had a disease & made me close her door before I could leave?
Mrs Bender and staff always helpful and kind.
Cannot get through to set up an appointment or ask a question. All IRS sites are not very user friendly at all. Great if you like listening to worthless information on a computer.
