Now I know they see all these bad reviews about Mrs Bender. She need go ahead and retire. Why would y'all still have her working in that position if she can't be patient with people. Rushing me talking about she gotta 9:30 appointment when I was the 9:30 appointment. She wouldn't even give me time to look up my direct deposit info. Smh just old and grouchy .
I would give a zero if I had that option. I went to pay estimated tax because I thought it would be faster than finding an envelope and stamps. Doing it online now is impossible with IDme. The first problem was a very cluttered table next to the door, with instructions. The old instructions that another sheet of paper said didn't work were still there. if i could leave 0 stars i would. the lady in cubicle one ID number 1000534822 is the rudest person i have ever met in my life. she treated me like i was stupid and rushed me off. i had to get up and walk out.
No way to contact supervisors, live representatives, or even friendly staff. Lady in Cubicle 1 was unnecessarily rude, did not offer any help or assistance. Absolutely no reasoning, just felt very uncomfortable throughout the entire interaction. They need to have a team meeting or release her from her position. DO NOT GO TO CUBICLE 1 if you plan to have any kind of help!!!
DO NOT GO TO CUBICLE 1. Absolutely EVIL lady working in Cubicle 1 of the IRS office. Would not even give a phone number, help with my documents, or put a smile on her face. RUDEST interaction I have had at a government office. She needs to b reprimanded immediately. Acted like I had a disease & made me close her door before I could leave?
