I had an appointment this morning at 9am and i got a phone call from a lady in the office stating that they are closed today and I live an hour and a half away
Called to find out where my refund is since I always file electronically and normally get it within the 2 weeks. It’s now been over a month. I got put on hold twice only to be told that my refund is “still being processed” and hasn’t been received because of a legal name change I received OVER A YEAR AGO because the social security office didn’t update the IRS.
