Hands down some of the most unhelpful people we’ve met. Unfortunately, after our taxes were filed by a preparer there was an issue with one of our children’s social security numbers being used for someone else to claim them falsely! Clearly, not our problem but our problem to fix….hoping we never have to go back to the office for anything!
Terrible customer service from the lady behind desk 1! She wasn’t helpful AT ALL! I have been waiting on my 2024 taxes for over a year! Still no resolve to my issue.
I had appointment with this IRS branch. I met with Laseshia # 1A1307390. This lady was very nice and helpful. I went with the unknowing and walked out feeling good. She was that pleasant to talk with.
