We called and made an appointment for their “special hours” on Saturday March 28th just for no one to open the door until well after 10. We knocked on all doors and the lights weren’t even turned on. There were other people waiting outside because they had appointments as well. Had we shown up late we’d be cancelled on. Completely unprofessional.

RUDE behavior and general disrespect is what my experience was today when I called this location and was greeted by someone who said his name and ID number so fast that I couldn’t write it down. This guy literally yelled at me just for asking a question! I’ve never been talked to in such a manner by anyone representing the IRS. I’m literally still shaken by the escalation.

Made an appointment. Drove 75 miles to get there. Office closed. No reason given. No number to call other than the 800 number. All to show my ID!! If you're gonna thin out the tax offices ar least have them open on the correct days!
