We were sent here by H&R Block to ask a few questions about our taxes. The lady who came out had an attitude from the moment she came in. Every question about the documents was met with, “I can’t help you with that.” She didn’t offer to look at the documents, nor did she let me finish explaining the problem. After the fifth eye roll, we decided to leave and instead called the Hagerstown IRS office, who promptly responded to our concerns and resolved the issue. Went there they had the security guard asked me a bunch of questions talking about keeping my identity to myself than the gentleman that works there was too busy talking on his telephone and texting then after the security guard got with me he then informed me that I would have to make a appointment because it was 10:30 and they go to lunch at 11:30 do not come here if you have any kind of issues

I called this afternoon with a question regarding my tax return. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, had an attitude, and was short with me. I also could barely hear her over the phone and when I asked to please speak louder she became more impatient with me. I ended the call more confused and still don’t understand what happened with my return. Very disappointed in the service I received.
