The South Bend office is just terrible. They jus don't want to work. I was there 3 times one day. The 1st time was at 10am, they said they close at 11:30 for lunch and to come back. I went back at 2pm. They only had 2 people waiting and it was 4:10 and they said they couldn't see me because they close at 4:30. I said all I needed was to verify my identity. And still refused to do that. They're terrible and completely unconsidered of people's time and needs.
