The gentleman keeps chewing something and talks while chewing which sounds unprofessional. Than keeps transferring call to other team members who are equally un involved and informed on subject matter. I informed my agent never to finance my insurance policy with this company again. No one understands customer needs and hangs up in middle of a conversation.
