TERRIBLE service. They were suppose to install the floors as per Home Depot. And they said there were other problems like floors not level. They made us waste time waiting for this appointment. Floors were never installed. Floors should’ve been inspected by them before the installation appointment if they had any issues. DO NOT USE THEM. They don’t care at all. -Mariam
Do NOT use this horrible company. Home Depot contracts them to do flooring installation. After having the job order for well over a month, and knowing what the job involved ' the installation man has a total crappy attitude today. He then informed us he wants another $520 to remove old floor tiles. This company knew this was involved when they came to measure the room and give a quote. We agreed to the price, only for him to tear up a huge portion of our flooring, and then tell us he can't finish the job. After we told him w... read more
Crew came in and they would have to put in new sub floors in all the rooms I used my level and the floors were level in every room They way of getting more money out of the job They never installed the floor Home Depot should consider getting a new company they are loosing money and customers Never use USIG
Great work!
I could never recommend a company when their employees invade customers privacy and steal personal property, regardless of the quality of work done. Home Depot should consider seeking a more respectful service provider.
