Great work!
I could never recommend a company when their employees invade customers privacy and steal personal property, regardless of the quality of work done. Home Depot should consider seeking a more respectful service provider.
Purchased a carpet from home depot and this compnay did the installation. They did a very nice job including a 20x21 area in my basement and the basment stairs. We are very happy with the service.
These guys did an absolutely atrocious job installing the carpet in my home. They left two blatantly ugly seems right down the middle of each doorway. They then told me it was my responsibility to go find a product to try and hide the seam. If you let these guys install your flooring you’re setting yourself up for failure. Save yourself the time and headache.
Over the course of a month and a half USIG postponed a kitchen backsplash installation job three times for ridiculous reasons. Horrible service and lack of responsibility. Never again!
