Carpet installation was excellent and quick, but one of the reasons we chose USIG was included disposal of old carpet. They refused to take our old carpet so we were stuck with the cost and task of doing so ourselves.

I read tons of negative reviews about these installers. I decided to give them a try. They exceeded my expectations! The communication was excellent from the first time I picked up the phone to make the appointment. I received text, emails and phone calls from them every step of the way. They pulled up old carpet in installed laminate flooring. They finished the job in one day. The two gentleman arrived early for the job and worked all day to complete the job. .

These guys mess up the trim on walls in my house try to say from kids I have on child he’s grown then my floor was coming up in my bedroom the same man said well sometimes kids tear up flooring I held my composure very well on that he try bang flooring down then crack its terrible job home DuPont need to hire better contractors I’m really hurt behind this job

Nevermind the bad reviews, these guys, and the office staff were great. I spoke with 3-4 different people in the office throughout the project and they all were respectful, professional, and helpful. Day of installation i was contacted multiple times to be told when the installers would be here and to stay updated with where they were. Luis and his partner did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier.
