NEVER! I mean NEVER hire this company to install flooring. They are very unprofessional and hire just anyone. I placed an order from Home Depot in November. The flooring wasn’t completed until the end of February. The first red flag was when the initial contractor said that the padding wasn’t needed. So he put the flooring right on top of concrete. Installers, PLEASE, do your self a favor and stay far away from this company. This place is extremely unprofessional and stole money from our company. We did a 400 sq ft job backsplash job through USIG Installations and were only paid for 30 sq ft. They are impossible to get in contact with and the employees don’t care if you get paid on time. They will conveniently be out of the office and not turn in your work order on time. SCAMMERS. Brian, the General Manager, should be ashamed.
The guys did a great job installing my carpet in 1 bedroom and 2 closets. They were both very professional. I'm happy with the outcome!
If you are looking at buying lament flooring , do not go to HOME DEPOT Hammond, LA or use USI Installations of Metairie, LA. They do not stand behind there products or installations. Did everything by the book had them come out inspect flooring measure and had them install it. Floor started failing within 4 months. They said they could not come out due to Corona Virus and would call when they could. After waiting 6 months called back and waited 2 weeks and finally showed up.
