Staff doesn't communicate well with anyone who is not in that same room. I had surgery in billings they send meds to lame deer Ihs and they don't honor outside perscriptions which was a bummer but understandable. However they were not helpful in resolving the issue. They wanted me to make an appointment with PCP for another day. They even told me not to go to the ER as they won't prescribe my medications. I eventually got word to my pcp and they filled it within 20 mins. The pharmacy and the nurses station need communication... read more
The staff is ALWAYS incredibly kind and knowledgeable! We’ve been to various reservation clinics and this one so far has been the BEST & most cleanly and courteous environment 😁
