Its free healthcare and the place where most NATIVES go, of course its going to be busy. Most of the time staff is overworked and tired. They do there best. And peds is awesome!!
Have tried calling the line multiple times, I'll get through all the automated parts, and then the line goes dead. Get it together IHS. Reaching out health care professionals should not be this hard.
I had a wonderful first experience with this clinic. Of course there is a wait, but you're not waiting for over 30 mins on anything.
