As you will see my earlier review where 2 times I was extremely satisfied with their services, this last time was horrible. This crew obviously did not know what to do as soon as I can figure out how to post these pictures I will but I sent them to the guy who replaced Micky and still have the text messages that this would be corrected and that was in May and here it is Oct and have heard nothing from them. Now I just happen to look at my kitchen window and it is not even put in flush. Go figure.
Initial experience was that they installed four triple pane windows in. They were guaranteed and the company that provided the windows to US Home Exteriors had a bad product. On two separate times they backed the products and replaced the windows. They found a new company that provided a much better product. They reordered the replacement windows without cost.
