I am very unhdppy with my window experience number one one of my windows was cracked and they installed anyway also my bedroom window the bottom window was not installed correctly and i paid upfront for these i have been putting up with this since august and they can refund some of my money back or maybe i need to get troubleshooter involved every time i call about ths it is another excuse
As you will see my earlier review where 2 times I was extremely satisfied with their services, this last time was horrible. This crew obviously did not know what to do as soon as I can figure out how to post these pictures I will but I sent them to the guy who replaced Micky and still have the text messages that this would be corrected and that was in May and here it is Oct and have heard nothing from them. Now I just happen to look at my kitchen window and it is not even put in flush. Go figure.
I get spam phone calls from these clowns AT MY WORK at least 4 times EVERY day! No way to unsubscribe, and when I call their company number no one answers. Oh well...you use shady tactics and you get the bad reviews to show for it.

Initial experience was that they installed four triple pane windows in. They were guaranteed and the company that provided the windows to US Home Exteriors had a bad product. On two separate times they backed the products and replaced the windows. They found a new company that provided a much better product. They reordered the replacement windows without cost. We've had two positive experiences We used US Home Exteriors for the second time recently for vinyl replacement windows and had a very good experience. (The previous time, we had Gutter Magic installed with great success.) First, the windows are great; we really couldn't be happier with them. The installation crew was also great and finished replacing just about every window in our home (15, all large) in one day. I never would ahve believed that possible.
