House air conditioning unit stopped cooling, I called them that night at 10pm and they were there the next day. The repairman, Ricky was kind, friendly and knowledgeable as he explained everything to me. He had the air conditioning up and running in a few hours. Great job!
I was as happy with how Kyle assessed the problem as I was with the fix. I looked up the fault for our AC online. Many of the videos were geared toward an electrical issue. Kyle used a more common sense approach and started with the things that could shut the system off. It was a thoughtful and deliberate approach. He found the issue then made and explained the fix. He told me how they stand behind their work and about maintenance programs they offered. Very happy with the service.
Kyle and Miguel did a great job installing our 4 ton system.
