Incredibly pleased with this company. We badly needed a new system. Had seven quotes from different companies. Rodney came over twice and had several phone calls to make sure I felt comfortable with the pricing and the system. He was always kind and patient for a newby like me. Install was a breeze, took 1 & 1/2 days. They were respectful and efficient. Left no trash and explained things well. Cost was average with other companies for a Carrier unit. This evaluation comes from a General Construction Company and in good-faith here is our coments on the service and repair. We made a phone call at eight o'clock in the morning to set up a time for a technician to come out the same day to diagnose at $115.00 and do the repair at at (Time-and-Materials), their term was called repair and parts "ITEM COST", it the same thing as T&M...
