Ricky Shifflett is an asset to your company. Very pleasant and personable and knowledgeable goes way beyond. He listens and respects you. His mom taught him
I called to leave a VM at 637am & they answered!!! They put us on the schedule immediately & we were fixed by noon. Ricky was so patient, nice & professional. He explained what he was doing & why, every step of the way. We signed up for a maintenance plan & definitely recommend. Veteran business to Veteran. We are very happy!
Very good job
