Always a pleasant visit with the technician at the Fort Walton Beach location. Fast friendly and prompt service always.
Made an appointment almost a month out. My referral was for Fort Walton so on my appointment date I arrived to the office at the correct time and found a note on the door stating they were in Crestview on Thursdays and was never told this when scheduling. I tried calling to reschedule and left a voicemail but after two weeks I haven't received a call back. I give the Audibel FWB office one star. They didn’t even have courtesy to give me a call or send a text message telling me that they would NOT be open!!! After they sent me several messages to confirm which I did.. I waited for 30 minutes in hopes that someone soon be there… This is NOT the first issue I have had with the Fort Walton office…
