Excellent clinic! No wait, clean office, great staff. I have been to both Secure Medical locations (Gaithersburg and Beltsville) and I have never waited more then 15 minutes to see a doctor. My most recent visit was on a holiday and it was so convenient that they were open because I couldn't find any other urgent care clinics that were. I will never go there again They just rip you off. They have bad service. They are there just to earn money. They want you do accept doing several tests and examinations, which is good, but they want them all done with them, so that they can charge you very high. I have seen other people coming there to fight back who were claiming they provided wrong information. I just do not trust them.
Excellent Health Care, Extremely Professional and Fast I took my daughter here for travel vaccines before she went on a Global Education trip for her school. Our pediatrician did not carry the required vaccines and we were referred to SecureMedicalCare. We found the service, staff and doctor to be both professional and excellent!! Great Care and Terrific Staff I recently visited the Gaithersburg Office and had a great experience. The Doctor examined me and listened to all my ailments. The staff I interacted with were both very professional and very kind. I was even able pick up my antibiotic and a medicated cough medicine without having to step foot in a local CVS. All in a single trip to see a Doctor.
Not Given strong enough Antibiotic!! Went in for my girlfrend's infected dog bite, doctor did not look me in the eye as i asked her 2 questions of concern. Next day she had to go to a hospital after not feeling any better where she was told the antibiotic they gave her wasnt strong enough to take care of the infection. Western Medicine...smh.
Not sure what the problem is at this clinic with medications I am an emergency room registered nurse. I went to this facility today, referred by my insurance company following an injury at work. The PA did not examine me, she said :What medication do you want?" I told her I was in alot of pain, currently taking motrin. She proceeded to lecture me on pain medication, abuse of medication and addiction potenctial. She said she "values her liscence" to much. I have no idea what this was about. Dr Helen Fisher profiles patients I have never experienced being profiled as a drug addict prior to this experience. I travel 80% of the time, showed up in a suite while visiting other healthcare facilities for work, and was in a jam. Secure Medical Care people were Incompetent We went to Secure Medical care in Gaithersburg to get a vaccine administered after confirming with them on phone. After almost an hour long wait we were told that they cannot provide service. The folks there were the most unfriendliest and incompetent.
Wonderful service, quick care, relatively inexpensive My husband and I went to the Gaithersburg Secure Medical Care office because neither of us could get appointments with our primary care physicians that day, despite the fact we were both desperately ill. We walked in, spoke to some very friendly receptionists, and were seen almost immediately.
