RecommendedEveryone was very professional and pay close attention to detail. Though the waiting time can be a bit long.... with only one doctor. But you do get quality.

takes too long be seen doctor wants more information then what they need do a dot physical and I sign a release for one thing and they turn around use release I signed use it dig back in medical past been going on a week still dont have sa dot physical and they messed up on my chain command form put wrong company down so still waiting my company get results. iam contacting a lawyer see if my right were violated. I will never go back their again and my company said they are not going use them anymore
Terrible service had to wait over 2 1/2 hours and still waiting on something that should of only taken no more than an hour!

The girl put a number different from my specimen number on paperwork and I had to redo my sample!
brought my husband to the South Bend Indiana office for DOT drug screen and physical. waited 2 HOURS and they wouldn't let him do the drug test when he couldn't wait to use the bathroom any longer. The lady at the front desk was not the kindest and was NO help at all when it came to the link they sent to my hubby's phone for the physical. Then the doc tried saying that the sleep apnea testi s regulation until we proved otherwise. WON'T go back there ever again. It's ridiculous.
