There very pleasant and professional as the wait isn’t really long and they take the time to do things right
Annually I go to Concentra Urgent Care for my very important DOT Physical. They are always very courteous and efficient. The physical is comprehensive, and the doctor and physicians assistant are caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Concentra Urgent Care for all your medical needs.
Came in at 12:30. Front desk wanted proof I was supposed to get physical (I was paying with credit card). Left physical at 3:30. Unacceptable. Will go elsewhere for next physical.
45 minute wait for a 30 second drug screen, and they were not even busy.
I got there at opening and it took over an hour just to take my drug test which put me late for work and I was the second person in the building aside from the employees.
Thank goodness for Travis, the trainer who is very professional. I won't even waste my time with the rest of my experience this morning, mainly shut down by the office manager who would not listen to a simple complaint, interrupted me to tell ME the way it was. Poor management. All she needed to do was hear my complaint and a simple apology. SmH
Took them a hour and a half just to give me a dot physical.
