Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to! First I waited 45 minutes to be taken back just to be left in a room the size of a closet for another 45 minutes. It was hot and stuffy so I opened the door to get some air. When the PA walked in she had an attitude and asked who opened the door. I told her I needed air because I felt like I was suffocating. Who treats their patients like that? Her bedside manner definitely gives the vibe that she hates people.
My case is a workmen’s comp case and I’ve had an appointment every time. Wait was not bad at all, staff is very friendly and Dr. McDermott is excellent! Patient, attentive and empathetic, I truly appreciate that! I highly recommend this urgent care. 5 ⭐️

This place has been good to me in the past but this time not, the front desk girl on 02/09/2019 at 2pm to 5pm . was really rude, being in pain and so much stress all she can do is make it worse! giving me attitude the their was no paper work for me when my boss aent the authorization paper work! and was completely rude and I honestly almost left. if it wasnt for my boss talking to her I was going to leave to my insurance, because her service as a front desk staff is not proper and needed to be more conciderate. but my boss s... read more
