Staff was very courteous and was able to answer any and all of my questions. The office and rooms were very clean.
The staff is very efficient and polite. The Dr. and PA had good “bedside” manner seemed to be good listener as well as practitioners.

Not too long of a wait for an urgent care center. I've been to several in the area and have spent hours waiting to be seen. Had to go for a pre-employment flu shot. Lots of forms and wait time was maybe a half hour. The nurse who did my vaccine was kind, professional, and the vaccine was painless. Can't really complain since it was paid for by my employer, but I think it's a nice and well-run clinic.

The doctor should wash/sanitizer his hands before examining each patient. My doctor didn't. No rubber gloves used either. Yuck! Don't overschedule appointments so that patients who have an appointment aren't waiting for 90+ minutes before seeing the doctor. I had to reschedule due to my work schedule and again at the second appointment had to wait 45 minutes before seeing the doctor after pre-employment testing, spending another 90+ minutes of my work day there.
