Made it clear to the doctor that the injury based on old work injury, had the date on paperwork and everything and even wrote out what happened before and everything and this guy still used the date I told them I started to feel pain again as the date. I just don't understand it. Now I probably going to have to get a lawyer to handle this because you know that the Worker's Comp is going to deny my claim even though I explained everything to them too. Thanks U.S. HealthWorks!!!!
