The receptionist were nice, friendly and fast but for an easy TB Skin Test to be done sent by my job was told by two receptionists wouldn't take long at all.....Took over an Hour and half from start to finish. The waiting took forever as the TB shot was less then 3mins to do.
waited about 40 minutes in the room, doctor saw me for about 2 minutes. waited again for about an hr for them to give me a wrist support and an additional time for my prescription that was only ibuprofen. I've been here 4 hrs. I could have done this myself.
Muy mal servicio! La recepcionista muy mal educada y déspota ! Mi cita era A las 10:30 am y eran después de las 12:00 pm y no me atendían. Cuando le pregunte a la recepcionista que cuando me iba a tocar pasar a ver al médico me dijo que no sabía porque tenían demasiadas personas que atender antes que yo y que ellos tenían que pasar primero que tenía que ser paciente porque no me podía decir la hora exacta que me iban a atender.
Front desk sucks!!!!! Authorization was faxed over before I went in but they said they didnt recieve it had me on phone with my workers comp for 30 mins just to find out it was already faxed over 1 hour b4 I arrived .
