Recommendedthe staff was very professional and they explained everything that needed to be filled out and i was in and out in about 20 minutes
I had a difficult time coordinating my visit to have my TB test and physical done, but the staff at Temple Terrace and the Brandon location were flexible and helpful in getting this done in a short time. Staff at both locations were friendly. At the Temple Terrace location, the staff again were courteous but also kept things light while trying to do the respiratory test.
They treat you like a family and they make sure that you come out of theUrgent care good and with less pain that you came in thank you Concentra for doing everything right
I must say, this was my first time their. The staff was very friendly and informative. The Doctor had a sense of humor as well. My experience was very very nice. The wait time was very short. No complaints from me.
Can I give ZERO STARS??? Nasty ass dump.Only came here Cuz we were told to from employer. HORRIBLE GROSS PLACE. Looks like a back woods wanna be doctors chop em up shop. When you call a persons name use your VOICE! Stop whispering names..no-one hears you. Fiancé had a chemical burn..waited..waited..waited. Got called up front. Lady says..oh its a chemical burn? I would have gotten you right in...then we sat back down and waited again!!! Wtf. DO NOT BOTHER TO GO TO THIS DUMP.
