Service here is slow no matter how busy or not busy they are. I don’t understand why companies use this place. They take for ever for simple things like vaccines, blood draws, and they customer service skills are no where to be found. Wait is horrible here!

This is the worst place to get a drug test been string here for 3 hours the lady at the front desk is rude
My doctor Dr. Gonzalez is great, I've never had a doctor's that cares like he does. But his staff, all the girls that work the front office are horrible. They've gone through 3 patients in the past 4 1/2 hours. Making a person wait in this small of office for almost 5 hours is unnecessary and unacceptable. I went up to ask how much longer did she think I had to wait, and she said "hang on just a sec and I'll go see" I stood there right in front of here for 20mins.
