Waiting time is about an hr to get called in......once your in, you wait another hr waiting on the doctor. Once the doctor comes in, she seems uninterested and talks to you for like 5 to 10 mins then your finished. You may wait another 5 to 10 mins on your paper work. They place seems fully staffed and every time I’m here there are only 1 to 2 people here. I don’t get why there is such a long wait period.
The wait even when having an appt. can be pretty lengthy somedays , I guess they book assuming some will cancel so when they don’t you wait 1 and half hour past your apt. Time. Once you get seen it’s worth the wait, Dr. Crisole takes his time to actually talk and listen to you. Explain throughly the process that’s to take place and gets the ball rolling . I feel taken care of once I leave
Service is so slow. You have an appt at 9am and seen at 1010am . for a 6 min consult and have to wait over 30 minutes for paperwrk
Let's start here I check in at 1245 & did not get out until 355 ! What a joke ! Noone knew what I was there for ! Worst experience ever !
Not only is US HEALHWORKS A JOKE.... but they are the slowest, most unhelpful so called health facility ever. The doctors call you a liar and the front desk employees move slower than a snail �. I'm sitting here for over 30 minutes after my doctors appointment and still haven't received my paperwork. Ppl that had appointments after me are already gone. This place is the worst of the worst.
