Paula the front desk lady was down right disrespectful and shouldn’t work there at all.
The front desk lady “Paula” was rude and disrespectful. My other co workers who had to go here for work physical said the same thing.
Just went for a blood draw. The person who was the one to draw my blood complaining “I don’t want to draw blood this early”. She was walking back to the room when she apparently told me to come back and I didn’t hear her, then came back and was very snotty “Are you coming”. Once in the room she was slamming every cabinet looking for extra supplies. The best was she drew my blood without wearing any gloves! The only good thing this place had going for it was the guy I checked in with, he was friendly.
The facility was clean and appropriate precautions being taken in the midst of pandemic. The staff was amazingly pleasant and efficient. They kept me updated and informed as the process moved along.
from the front to the back they were very nice & polite people.It was nice to actually see a Dr.
Great bedside manor! They listened to me. They provided top notch care. Will hopefully never return but will of I need their care!
